Who is responsible
Development Carbon2Green Ltd., operating as Carbon2Green, is responsible for personal information collected through carbon2green.com. Questions, access requests or privacy concerns may be sent to julien@carbon2green.com.
Information we collect
The airline procurement form asks for a title, name, professional role, company or airline, work email, optional operator code, intended CORSIA phase, indicative credit volume, delivery year, procurement stage and any additional context you choose to provide.
Our hosting infrastructure also processes ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, browser information and security logs. A short-lived session cookie protects the form against forged submissions. A one-way representation of the submitting IP address may be retained temporarily for rate limiting; the form does not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to evaluate and respond to prospective procurement discussions, conduct appropriate follow-up and due diligence, protect the form from misuse, maintain business records and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use form submissions for unrelated consumer advertising.
How the form is delivered
The form sends an email directly to Carbon2Green through authenticated Hostinger mail infrastructure. The website does not create a public profile or customer account. Hostinger and other technical service providers may process limited information on our behalf to host the site, deliver email, provide security and maintain operational logs.
Disclosure and international processing
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with our personnel, hosting and email providers, professional advisers, project counterparties involved in a requested discussion, or public authorities where required by law. Service providers may process information outside Québec or Canada, where different privacy laws may apply.
Retention and safeguards
We retain inquiry correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the discussion, project development, record-keeping and legal requirements. Temporary anti-abuse records are designed to expire after a short period. We use access controls, encrypted transport and authenticated email delivery, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or ask questions about our handling practices. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may prevent us from responding to an inquiry. Contact us at the address above; we may need to verify your identity before acting.
External links and updates
This website links to independent sources and registries with their own privacy practices. We may revise this policy when our website, service providers or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version.
